For Thursday -
All classes: DRP testing will continue on Thursday. You may bring LA/Reading work in case you finish early.
The three "dissection" paragraphs for chapter 2 are due thursday. This should complete your quotes and vocabulary project for chapter 2.
Reminder - final drafts of "The Most Dangerous Game" paper due Thursday
For Friday -
All classes: At least 3 quotes and all assigned vocabulary due for Chapter 3 (5 words; oppressive, inscrutable, vicissitudes, declivities, tacit).
Read to pg. 51 in the big white book, 48 in the green book, and 52 in the small white book. The word to stop on is "home."
There will be a quiz on Friday on the assigned (not self-selected) vocabulary from chapters 1-3 (if testing takes longer than expected, quiz may be moved to Monday. For now, plan to take it on Friday).
For Monday -
All classes: Finish all quotes (9), vocabulary (8), and paragraphs (3).
Read to the end of chapter 3.
